In a unique partnership,
Turning Point Media, Comcast Spotlight and the City
of Reading have come together to create a series
of public service messages. The purpose is
to provide an on-going venue to promote the city
of Reading's plan for improvement. Businesses
and organizations will have an opportunity to show
their support by sponsoring the airing of these
messages through the Comcast cable system.
