O.N.D. - Graffiti Elimination
Through Reading Beautification, Inc., the Office of Neighborhood Development assists in the removal of graffiti in neighborhoods throughout the city. With the help of Neighborhood Organizations and volunteers, RBI/OND works to eliminate graffiti in alleyways, parks, and other public places as well as from stop signs, lampposts, telephone booths, etc.
